Time Traveller Angers Impatient Investors New York - Boris Hasslem is an inventor. A very Famous inventor who now claims to have invented the world's first time machine. It is a cast iron metal Ball designed to snugly fit one person, and he claims it can transport anyone anywhere in the past or future. " Just yesterday, I met Mussolini - we discussed his role in the war. I am excited about the potential of my time machine....". But many of his investors are beginning to lose patience with Hasslem. Says Bernie Fowler - " I haven't seen any evidence of the time travel yet...he keeps asking for more and more money". So far, it is estimated that he has collected over 3 million dollars for the project. When questioned on why he has not allowed anyone to time travel yet, he replied that "It is still too dangerous to send persons other than me to the past....they might panic and lose control...". Federal authorities are investigating the possibility that Hasslem just enters the "time machine" and sleeps for a couple of hours to kill time. Then he exits and fabricates an adventure for the investors. Hasslem strongly denies these allegations - " It is crap...I went to see Julius Caesar last week, and tomorrow I am going to visit Henry the 8th. Why would I lie about stuff like that ?" One investor swore he could hear snoring coming from the inside of the time machine during one demonstration. However, Hasslem stated that it was the "atomic Belt" that was causing that noise. When asked why he didn't have any physical evidence from his journeys into the past, Hasslem said that items "turn to dust" if they are brought from another time period. The Mudpile will keep you informed of further developments. |

think that anyone can now travel to the past or future at will...". " I have already invested 30000 dollars. When the heck will I
be able to see this gizmo work ?". "Hmmm...I'm starting to think that this time machine is one
giant scam". |
