Arkansas puts Megan's Law into Effect - Clinton's proposal to nuke Arkansas denied.

Washington D.C.

Megan's Law - which states "Anyone with a past sex offence shall have it known on their personal records to the public.." has now been put into action by the state of Arkansas in their support to boost the new law's popularity.

Arkansas is one of the first states to adopt this new law and is putting it into some serious action by placing it on Driver's Licenses, Job Applications, and more.

"I think it's unconstitutional and very unfair. Now rapists around the country will have their true identities revealed and if you ask me my opinion I saw Awe Fuey!" Stated Bill Abernauthy of Duluth Arkansas.

President Clinton, who undoubtedly supported this bill in it's beginning has launched a series of new bills trying to make this new law unconstitutional. When asked his views on Megan's Law he stated "Monica Who?"

His proposal to nuke the state of Arkansas has been rejected.
