Bart, who just graduated from Platteview High School this May, says "I think you should be allowed to serve the country as President if your under the age of 35. I mean look at Bob Dole, he ran at age 90 or something. Like he could make the call if something really important came up."

Bart believes that the Constitution needs to be changed in order to able him to legally run for Presidency in this coming election and is beginning a US campaign this week to raise funds in order for him to do so.

"There is a lot of things that need to be changed.. Like curfews for teens, Shorter school days, longer summer breaks, a better economy, and we could probably actually take a look at the US budget also - if there's time for it between my party time and keg parties." Thelen stated. 

"It's a tough job and somebody has got to do it. Not some sex crazed maniac who is married. Hey, I'm not married so you won't have to worry about any sex scandals or any of that S**T." Bart stated. "If you look at it this way we'll be able to throw some nice international parties with some other foreign countries. That's the problem in Kosovo, everyone's too damn serious."

Whether or not his campaign will be a success Thelen is gaining mass popularity support from many colleges and various young organizations.
