Scruffy, a not-so-friendly mutt, attempted a suicide at La Palma's annual Harvest Fest parade yesterday morning.

Scruffy, owned by Marshall Matthew Adams, ran away from his owner during the parade and found himself on the 2nd floor of the La Palma City Bank and attempted to jump but caught his leash on the ledge before clearing it.

Scruffy, who states his owner, has been insanely jealous of the dog on the Taco Bell commercials, has been refusing to eat his dry dog chow for over 2 weeks. "He just hasn't been himself lately." Matthews said. "He won't play fetch, bark, and has been chewing up my shoes when I'm at work."

Scruffy was pulled back over the ledge by an anonymous person and saved. "I think it's time for some doggie concealing, I'm willing to do whatever it takes to get my little buddy back." explained Matthews.
