Sesame Street's Bert is in swimming in deep water as new allegations float up after his last court appearance.

Just one week after Bert's rape trail new photos have begun to float up from some unknown sources. "It's just amazing, I mean how sick do you have to be to assault your own roommate. I can understand if it were Pamela Anderson but Ernie?" - Mr. Hooper of Sesame Street's grocery commented to The Mudpile.

After doing a complete investigation of Bert and Ernie's home investigators have stumbled across some very important evidence which will most likely be used in a new series of court hearings against Bert.

No further comments we're released by Sesame Street's police department but they will be issuing a press conference within the next few days as more evidence is reviled.
