Consumer Tip On
What Not To Buy!
News Brief

Camera

I picked this camera up at a reputable store, but apparently the salesman who sold it to me neglected to mention that you need a million candle power spot light to get a well lit image. The flash on this heap of junk SUCKS. All it does is blind the people you are taking pictures of. Plus, the battery doesn't last long, and that's quite inconvenient. You would think that a name brand camera would be a little more forgiving, but no....it takes crappy pics and makes the novice look just like a NOVICE. It has no fancy features like red eye eliminator, or zoom - it's just a cheap camera you can probably get even cheaper at a bargain store. Give it to your kids to play with. Save up and get a 400 dollar pentax and take pro-pictures.

Man Accidentally kills best Friend with Baseball bat

Orlando - A 42 year old man killed his best friend with a baseball bat, but police have not yet charged him with a crime. It appears that Ron Balmer was playing baseball with his buddy, Luc Brisson, when Brisson began complaining that a bee was hovering around him. Balmer spotted the bee on Brisson's head, and absentmindedly swung the baseball bat at the bee. Of course, he clocked Brisson's head, and killed him instantly. Police are hesitant to charge him due to his notoriety as the village idiot. Says Balmer - " Well, I'm sorry he's dead, but I killed the bee too...I guess that evens things out.."
